I have used Marilyn for 3 homes in the last 3 years. She goes above and beyond what you would expect from a realtor. Four months after purchasing my 2nd property, my home warranty company refused to cover a plumbing issue. She called them and had it taken care of. I was really impressed with how she handled it. She is thorough, professional, and literally guides you through the entire process of buying a home. I highly recommend Marilyn.
